Eligible refund requests will be processed within 3-5 business days, as long as it is within the refund time frame.
All of our prices are displayed in US dollars and when placing your order, the currency conversion is automatically made by your local bank. So if you are banking with a foreign bank or in another country, you might notice a slight difference in the amount withdrawn in your own currency and even an additional fee depending on your bank. Each bank practices its own exchange rates and therefore we cannot refund any additional fees imposed by your bank.
But please bear in mind: when your refund has been processed, you'll lose access to the entire program, including all the bonuses and access to our community.
If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund within 30 days at the time of your refund request, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan.
